We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary for certain remote or restricted locations based on courier serviceability.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any additional charges such as duties or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

In case of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, re-shipping charges may apply.

Bathla’s is not responsible for delays caused after the order has been handed over to the courier partner. However, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier service to resolve delivery-related issues wherever possible.

If you receive a damaged package or notice any tampering at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order and inform our support team immediately. If the issue is noticed after delivery, please contact us within 2 days along with clear images or videos.
