Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact. All requests should be initiated by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or email before sending the product back.
Once your request is approved, we will share the return or exchange process with you. After the product is received and passes a quality check, we will proceed with the exchange or refund, as applicable.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. In case the requested product or variant is unavailable, a refund will be processed according to our policy.
Cancellation requests are accepted only if they are raised within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation may not be possible once the order has been processed or handed over for shipping.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery along with clear images or videos so that we can assist you promptly. Such cases will be reviewed after verification by our team.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original mode of payment after the returned product has been inspected and approved. Refunds typically take 6–8 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
