Bathlas believes in supporting its customers in the best way possible and follows a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation requests are accepted only if they are raised within 7 days of placing the order. However, once an order has been processed or handed over for shipping, cancellation requests may not be entertained.

Bathlas does not accept cancellation or return requests for certain items that are not eligible due to hygiene or quality reasons. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page wherever applicable. In such cases, refunds or replacements may be considered only if the product delivered is damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. The request will be reviewed after the item is checked and verified by our team.

If the product received does not match the description or images shown on the website, you must notify our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing the concern, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any related issues should be addressed directly with the manufacturer.

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original mode of payment. Refunds typically take 6–8 working days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment provider.
