Return to shopWe aim to deliver your Bathlas order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared so you can follow it easily. We currently deliver across India. Please note that delivery timelines may be slightly impacted during sales, new launches, or festive periods.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help. Returns or exchanges can be requested within 8 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact. Requests should be raised via WhatsApp or email before sending the product back.
Once we receive the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If approved, refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page wherever applicable.
